Westbrook was playing because she was playing better than Hayes, who was in way over her head in this game.

This loss has been on the way,due to the play of the last few games. But our Lady Vols fought to the end. Lots of big moments in the game. One that stands out to me was when ,with a four point lead,Jaime missed a three. Would have been the dagger. A hard fought game,now forget this one and on to South Carolina. Also wonder if the officials bought tickets,cause they sure were spectators for the most part.

The truth is Nared and Westbrook are in a shooting slump and it is really affecting our total ppg. They are taking a lot of shots not making many. Same for Jackson.

10 of 36 really can't be blamed on Holly. Nared 6 of 18. Westbrook 4 of 12. Jackson 0 of 6, If your going to take that many shots 36 you have to make more than 10.

I agree with you the Holly haters. Holly didn't throw that last pass out of bounds with the player wide open.
I disagree with you about the officiating. It wasn't a factor. A&M missed 18 consecutive field goal attempts in the 4th quarter and the start of OT.
If you can't win a game under those conditions, you don't deserve it.

The bad thing about losing tonight was that this was the easiest game in the four-game stretch. We were upset by a team ranked 10 spots below us. It's the worst L of the 4 to have, and it's in-conference. The LVs weren't beaten by a better team. They threw away a game they should have won, especially with their depth advantage at the end.

Maybe it'll be a wakeup call. Lots to learn from the past three games, especially for the FR.

You’re confusing our understanding that Holly is a bad coach with your perception that we want the team to lose. Thats just simply not true. This team is talented enough to win a national championship, but will likely be coached to a sweet 16 loss.

^^^This. We won our last three games despite playing poorly, and we played tougher tonight in a loss, even though we made mistakes. We need to look at this as a learning experience and move on to the next game.

No, I was referring to the high amount of team turnovers. We were avg. about 18 or 19 TO's a game and more than half of those were unforced. Trying too many no look passes, having the wrong angles on post entry passes and throwing bounce passes at the players feet.

Evina has to learn to back off the 3 point shooter but freshmen mistakes it happens smh..this loss will only make them hungrier for the W over SC

I expect we'll lose three or four on the road we just need to win at home. We can't let anybody beat us at home even Miss St. We need to beat them at home.

Unfortunately, this is completely accurate. They look like they might be hitting the wall.
They're playing more games against much, much tougher competition than they did in HS. It happens to all of them. It was, and is, my biggest concern with this team.

I was only able to catch overtime, we had the momentum and the game but lost it because of Evina. As much as I love her, we lost because of her two passes to Jamie which were both turnovers and Fouling Danni. This lost sucks but I am still excited with this team compared to last year.
Evina > Jordan

I hope this is a wake up call for our team. I think we will be ready for SC.
