Top of the 6th need some runs. MSU has 10 hits but only 1 run. They are hitting Gaffin pretty effectively.

McSwain works the count to 3-2 then gets hit by a pitch. 1 on no out. Overstreet bunts McSwain to 2nd. 1 out. Gaffin grounds out to 2nd. McSwain moves to 3rd. 2 out. Lewis grounds out to the pitcher. 2-1 LV's.

I fear this game will be a loss unless Tarango miraculously pitches better than she ever has before or the LV's explode for a bunch of runs in the top of the 7th.

Runner steals 2nd. Overstreet with a great throw but Gregg drops the ball. If she holds onto the ball the runner would have been out.

Ground out to shortstop. Close play at first. Runner stays at 2nd. 1 on 1 out.

Tarango hits the batter. Jeez. Top of the order now. 2 on 1 out.

Tarango stays in the circle. Tarango gets a pop up for out # 2!!

Top of the 7th. Silkwood has pitched pretty well for MSU.

Geathers strikes out but the 1st base ump calls an illegal pitch - 3rd one for her tonight. 3-2 count and Geathers takes advantage of the reprieve with a single to right. The pitch looked low to me anyway. 1 on no out.

Gregg with a single to left! 2 on and no out. Come on get a run.

Tarango due up but Ralph pinch hits her with Aucoin. Aucoin walks! 3 on and no outs. Bases loaded!
