Maybe not popular. The refs had to feel really stupid on that review. No flagrant is ok, but the purposeful missing of a common foul is nuts after the 15 touch fouls on us.
going to have to look a little at the opposition teamwinner @Volfan1000 91-63
A couple of interesting tidbits. Jewel has been doing horribly on the +/- stat while she has been blazing hot in shooting, so she is 1 of 7 tonight but has the best +/- of anyone tonight. Things that make you go Hmmm.
I'm thinking this crew of refs are the ones that need to be adjusting to the game. They been terrible every game I've seen them officiate. We play the same way as many other teams and most of those games don't have near as many touch fouls called.coaches always teach on how a came will be called. and after the fact - what was learned that can be applied. the freshman learned that she is too fast in speed and her hands on ball for many refs to properly recognize and they call fouls. again to date myself - when Holdsclaw came into the SEC she was called for walking because of her agility, refs weren't prepared. Also if "the freshman" had a rep then she would more likely get some breaks, but not as a "freshman."

…Fayetteville.I for sure force the review of this game and the specially for that play late in the game where our lady got bulldozed.,,I just reread the rule in contact review, has NOTHING to do with intentional. If UNNECESSARY it should end up as an F1. Unnecessary and EXCESSIVE, an F2.
It was insulting to call that INCIDENTAL and blow it off. For sure forcing them to compare and contrast that play with 15-20 of our fouls.
Makes no mention to a common foul being assessed first.
