the injury drama is a big concern Franklin,of course it may not be something to worry about,surely if it was a major injury,we would have heard about it by now

I will need to hit it on a week end game Smallvol,I can't see very good once it gets dark lol and it is about an hour drive to get back home,so i need an afternoon game

Is that the the 11/29 game vs Texas ? (I don't know if your counting the exhibition games)
My guess is the Chattanooga game.

No reason to play her in an exhibition or games were certain to win if she needs more time to get better. MY worry is that she has had a year and a half and you wonder why that hasn't done the job.

I don't see her not playing in an exhibition as being a huge deal. She obviously isn't needed to win.

So you would like to risk further injuring her by playing her in an exhibition against Sisters of the Poor?

What part of "she is being eased back in" don't you people understand? She has a chronic injury that will most likely have to be managed the rest of her playing career.

And you say I'm being dramatic..look, franklin and others don't want her to play if she's hurt, that's not what he is even saying. So, I'm a little confused on how you are making that leap. Diamond herself said she was ready to go and that's clearly not the case, so fans have concerns..She isn't even cleared for full contact yet, which is another warning sign that she might be out for several games. I think we are a real solid team even without Diamond, but she is def a game changer.

I just saw another ESPN Diamond Deshields short... She said Tennessee's secret weapon is Jasmine Jones could JJ have a huge impact this season

You concocted a post that said Diamond was going to miss half the season and acted like Holly said it. It wasn't remotely what Holly said and it wasn't fair to her (and I'm not a big fan of Holly, TBH). So, um, yes, I said you were being dramatic and that's exactly what I meant. You also said Holly acted pissed when she was asked about injuries ... and she clearly wasn't. Nothing about her tone or her body language suggested she was irritated or mad.

Diamond has shin splints. Shin splints require rest. It's a chronic issue and she has them because of a more serious injury she had when she got to UT. Holly has made it very clear that she is being eased back in and they want her ready for games that actually MATTER. So why is it some sort of a surprise that she isn't going to play in the exhibition game? Diamond may very well miss games to start the season. The writing has been on the wall on that issue for a couple months now ... so not sure why anyone would want to act surprised that it's November and she's not playing in an exhibition game. Where exactly have y'all been all this time? This isn't news ... which is MY point.
