Just cooked up some chicken & waffles. I think I'll just go with some chips and queso since the game is after lunch and before dinner.

I didn't snap any pics this morning, but my pork shoulder is off the smoker resting, and I made cookies and cream ice cream (with the orange Halloween Oreos) that's hardening up in the freezer for later

Stuff an onion with whatever meat you like, wrap in bacon and smoke or grill. Oh and not my pic but that's what the look like

My version of the onion bomb. That's a three meat meat-ball (beef, sausage, chorizo) with a homemade chipotle bbq glaze. Go Vols!

The onion bomb looks Ravishing! I will add that one to my list before the year os out. This week I will be doing the Mac/Cheese Boca brought to us along with some cheese filled meatballs (wrapped in bacon of course) with a few tablespoons of my homemade dry rub for the ground beef, and those cheese biscuits you get at Red Lobster. With all this cheese planned for this weekend I am hoping I can poop before the Western Carolina game.. Woohoo! Okay, ive said too much,

Go Vols!:pepper:

I've been making jerk chicken lately. Definitely making a batch this Saturday for the game.

2-4 Habaneros (scotch bonnet if you can find em)
1/2 yellow onion
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp ground allspice
1 Tbsp ground thyme
1 Tbsp garlic powder

Combine above in blender and blend well. Marinade chicken in this overnight. I usually use thighs for jerk. Should taste great with any cut of chicken.

Sounds good, do you bake or grill the chicken?

Our menu is a little less exciting:

Spicy jalapeno corn dip, grilled ham and swiss dijon sliders, Brooklyn Brown for husband and mocktails for me (sigh).
