I don't understand the reasoning, but that's ok. I'd think that if he canceled a visit to Arkansas, no matter when it was set, it's a bad sign for them.

If you think he made his decision was made early last week then planning a visit to go to Arkansas after that means they have a real shot. Here is my worry. Last week he informed all schools of his decision and most assumed it was Tenn since he told Memphis they were out when in fact he told Ark they were his choice. He then in turn planned the visit. For whatever reason most likely a family member or girlfriend he decided not to go since his decision was already made and he wanted one more weekend at home. I hope that isn't the chain of events but that seems possible to me.

U got that right. UConn has zero scholarships available. Andre Drummond is allegedly a walk-on. No way he goes there.

I would be absolutely and completely shocked if Jarnell's choice is anything besides UT. Too may reasons that make that decision the most logical.

Just got a text from my buddy in Memphis, he said Jarnell's only decision he has left to make is what jersey number he wants and told me Merry Christmas.

I think he's ours. I can't see him going anywhere else. UM is out, Arky is out, UCONN was ever in, and UK doesn't have a scholarship. I expect to see a UT and UF hat on the table and the UT hat being picked up. Florida is our only one to worry about, and if Jarnell goes there I think they beome a Final Four team right then. So this will be feast or famine for us.

Who knows if this kid would play right away. Martin is pretty stubborn regarding his lineup. He'll have a working lineup on a 10-0 run on the court and sub them out so Golden can start jacking up half court clankers.

Gary Parrish and Easterwood seem to think Tennessee if I am hearing them right.... (read between the lie in there comments)

although I felt like there was a little plea in there on why he should stay in Memphis..haha.....local pressure in next 24 hours may be rough...never know what may happen in that time.
