I watched a video last night and it appears the 5th Circuit judge in north Texas pretty much slapped the ATF around the room on the pistol brace issue. Dare I say the ruling on the injunction even leans towards declaring the NFA (or some parts!) unconstitutional?

how about suing gun companies for advertising their guns? kosher, or not?

victim of a school shooting last year suing a whole bunch of companies whose guns weren't used in the shooting. but because the shooter owned them they are responsible. listed is also a company that only makes ear protection. one of the complaints is that they use memes to be more relatable to young folks.
