Halzle on Nico, per Wes Rucker

He's an idiot if he really thinks that.
If the QB isn't the primary problem, it makes perfect sense. From what I saw on Saturday, the OL was the biggest problem on offense. WR didn't get a lot of separation so I'd put them at #2 on the problem list. I don't think Milton is a difference maker at the position, but changing QBs under these circumstances is like....forgive the pun...shuffling chairs on the titanic.

This is him saying that Milton is the starter going forward. Hazel is in over his head and was awarded the OC job because of his loyalty to Heupel over the years. I would like to know who is calling the plays, Heupel or Hazel? If Heupel is letting the OC calls the plays then it was obvious that Golesh was the head and shoulders above Hazel.

Heupel is very much involved in the play calls. Heupel said yesterday the same thing in regards to Joe.

Coach speak. he doesn't want to publicly run down his QB. We all know that even Helen Keller can see that Milton isn't what the coaches want. They have completely changed the playbook from last year just to work around him.

Heuple and Hazle in the last 24 hours speaking about Joe. But keep believing what you want and watch Joe still run out there to start the Vandy game, barring an injury

the reality is that it is about Joe because as Heupel indicated yesterday and Halzle made it clear today they believe Joe is playing better than those in the outside believe

And Heupel also believed that Milton was better than Hooker and thought Milton was the clear favorite last year. But after we all seen Hooker play, we all knew right then that Hooker was the best by a long shot. If Milton doesn’t get hurt, do we see Hooker when we did, or is it after about 3 more games?

It's not so much they don't have confidence in Milton.

They don't have confidence in the offensive line to protect him.

I guess I’m one of the few not worried about Milton. I would have left Garland/ McDonald/ Hadden and Lane on the tarmac in Gainesville.

don't know... its a hypothetical and I'm sure Heupel would not provide an answer to that. but bottom line is, he believes in Joe after the first three games..

We may be in a situation mirroring JG.

Sure, JG was not what we wanted to see but it turns out Harrison Bailey, Brian Maurer, and JT Shrout weren't either. A couple of those guys were "sure thing" QBs too who, with the exception of Shrout, are in complete obscurity.

Wrong, I never went away. I slowed down a tad, but I’ve been here all along. I know you and Behr can’t live without me. 😊
Wouldn’t call it LIVING. Like not being able to contract West Nile without buzzing mosquitoes. Hope you figure out all of our problems and do threads on why we’ll never fix them. 😴

The low IQ football fan always blames the QB or Exalts the QB. It’s what they do it’s very lazy they are mostly drinking while the game is playing out and they hear one of their own crucifying the QB & naturally chime in it’s easy you don’t have to think .

Throwing it in the dirt on 4th and 6 is the way to go. It’s almost like running out of bounds on 4th down when the game is on the line.
You are not still aligning with the idiots that try to sell he ran out of bounds TO AVOID CONTACT in the MS game are you?

Looks like a pretty serious shoulder to the head and neck area to me. I grow tired of agenda driven UNFACTS.

Agreed. 287 yards and two touchdowns likely would've gotten the job done had the defense gotten some stops. Also, it didn't help that half of our drives in the first half started at 1st and 15 due to false starts.

Utah's QB was 12-18 for 159 yards and 1 TD and they dominated Florida.
Yea ********!! Last year it took 461 total yes and 2 TD’s by the QB to get the job done at home and only still won by 5 points.

If Peyton Manning was the QB now we would still lose the Florida game.Milton bad play lays on the Offensive line and the receivers not getting open.Tom Brady would look terrible with this offense!
