HBO's "Game of Thrones"

I’m wondering if they lied about that. They have done so much misinformation to protect the story. I’ll take 80!
They've said multiple times this will be the longest battle in cinema history

it's probably going to be boring af since they're hiding everything under the cover of night

I think tonight is more exposition/setup. Episode 3 will be the battle of Winterfell.
You were exactly right. Did anyone else feel uncomfortable with the Arya/Gendry scene? Like it was watching your daughter take off her clothes? This episode lacked action and "events" but it was good for building the relationships within the series... I really liked the scene with Jamie knighting Brienne.

Yea I felt really weird watching that part. This episode was setup to hurt your feelings when Grey Worm, Beric, Tormund or Brienne, Pod, Jorah and Davos all die next week. Just speculation

They’re definitely beating the Night King. There is too much other unresolved tension and story to just bury it all with a bunch of deaths in vain at Winterfell. Dany doesn’t believe Jon and his claim, but she’s also already jealous, in the event that it is true. Will she somehow plot against him?

If it makes you feel better it was a pretty obvious body double

Yeah... the more bonding we see between the characters, the more it will really punch you in the gut when some of the main players start to fall. I expect next week's episode will bring out the tears...

The Brienne/Jaime scene was the best of the episode. What we saw needed to be done before the fight, but I agree with the people that say there should be more seasons.

I will say Bran has turned into quite the badass character. When I watch the series again after the show is over, I'll be paying closer attention to his story.

Edit: and I agree about watching Arya/Gendry. Watched them grow up-- seems like one of your kids.

Told my wife that, imo, Grey Worm would die first. It did seem like they focused a lot on Brienne so they could to your heart out with the next episode

I don’t think any main characters die next week. Brienne or Davos would be the biggest names to die next week.

The naked Aria (sp?) made me uncomfortable. Yes she’s an adult now.....but just like others who were child actors and are still young....I have no interest in seeing that.

Maybe I’m just too old.

Ok the teaser said the WW are already here. I don’t think we had the night king in the lineup at the end. I think he’s in the vault. They keep talking about how safe the vault is, I think he’s a stark and knows a secret entrance. Boom. Night king brings old dead starks back. Just my 2 cents and some other fan theory.
