HBO's "Game of Thrones"

Makes sense since she "found her humanity”
Yeah, and you have to remember that Benioff and Weiss will do sentimental things that Martin probably wouldn't. Nymeria did briefly reappear in season 7 - there must have been a reason behind that. I could see it happening.

Part of me thinks that while Jaime has turned into a better man than he used to be, he also is very interested in self-preservation. He knows that if he’s fighting near Brienne, she will protect him, perhaps even die for him. Brienne gets a hero’s death and Jaime lives on to finish up his other storylines.

There is no chance that Jamie dies before getting to confront Cersei again... that is too rich of a story arc. I am concerned for Brienne's well-being in the next episode though. The knighting-by-the-fire ceremony had the look and feel of a sendoff.

The emotion shown after she got knighted seemed real.

Do you have a source for this? You seem very confident in that fact but I haven't seen it confirmed anywhere.

So let’s say that the Night King does have the power to raise the random dead. In the Crypts of Winterfell each dead King and Lord of the North has a statue that’s stands and a guard and warden over their tomb which prevents resurrection.

My only complaint of this season so far: I am still not happy with the lack of story for the night king. Would it really kill anyone to have Bran have a vision of the past of the night king? It would take 10 minutes told. He wants to erase the memory of this world, okay but why? What made him the night king? Why did he betray the children of the forest? What happened that caused the wall to be built?

prequels.

They have gone over it.

Children of the forest made him to fight the first men and it back fired.

if you play with dark magic, dark things happen.

Of course, but how did we get to that point? If he wants to erase the memory of this world, why? What does that do for him?

The ancients knew that the White Walkers were a reality and took precautions.

Is D&B writing the next series?
Gods let's hope not. Here's a quote about it:

"Taking place thousands of years before the events of Game of Thrones, the series chronicles the world’s descent from the golden Age of Heroes into its darkest hour. From the horrifying secrets of Westeros’ history to the true origin of the White Walkers, the mysteries of the East to the Starks of legend, only one thing is for sure: It’s not the story we think we know."
