Currently 4 months post op of an ACL reconstruction, lateral meniscus repair, and a posterolateral corner reconstruction. (2nd ACL reconstruction) Knee feels better than ever and i'm now running and jogging just not cutting fast yet. This knee surgery has been the roughest i've had so far ( 3rd on left knee at 21 years old) but honestly has been the easiest as far as recovery goes. I'll never recommend anyone to get a patellar tendon graft because it'll set you back several months and you won't be able to kneel on your knee for the rest of your life, and if your like me, the graft will stretch and will require you to have another ACL reconstruction..
