Thank you!!!! Told SpartacaVolwuss that he sounded like chicken $#!T for hoping JF runs off to PSU so we can hopefully beat them....and people flamed me up for it. To me beating that jerk is like beating a Spurrier coached Gator squad of the 90's......he brings that level of anger out of me just looking at him....and now Kiffin in Bama....WHEW MAN!

This has to be trolling. In what way did Dooley do what he was hired to do? Did UT pay him that $10M to lose every meaningful game he ever played and stock the roster full of Big East level players for the next guy? Do you really think that's what his contract specified? Because that's exactly what he did. Why people continue to carry water for that moron is beyond me.

So in your mind it's reasonable to think we're actually going to beat Bama next year. Ok, that's fine. What specific things have happened that lead you to believe we've closed that gap so quickly? I know we're in the verge of signing a great recruiting class, but it's not like we've fully purged the roster of Dooley's guys, and it's also not like Bama lost all their talent and is signing a class of scrubs this year.

I'd just like to know what everyone has seen to lead them to believe we've made up such significant ground so quickly. From what I've seen, this is a process that's going to take several years. Maybe I've missed something though and the turnaround is already complete.

Dude you're high if you think everyone now expects to beat bama next year just because we're pumped about this game.

I don't expect a win, but this game now has more importance than it has in a long time, and for the next 10 months I am going to be dreaming about yelling my ass off and heckling kiffin.

Also, its absurd to argue that this game isn't any more important than usual because we have a slim chance of winning. The man used us as a stepping stone. He belittled the program and its rich tradition. He disrespected Tennessee. Now he's coaching for our arch rival. Some things are more important than winning and losing. This is about pride.

Hopefully the team itself doesn't have your attitude.....which is why Butch said this team needs to develop a winner's mentality. Honestly this why Dooley choked when he had shots at upsets....no idea how to BE a WINNER.
