Somehow, I can't picture myself venturing on to a UK board in Nov. of 2011 and then trying to convince the locals that there are dozens and dozens of teams UT would rather beat in football than UK.

It's something an intelligent, "legit" fan doesn't do.

I didnt know LSU or UGA had been to a final four. Must have been quite a long time ago.

So strange, you'd think if UT was such a huge rival I'd be able to sell tickets even relatively close to what I sell UL, UNC, Indiana and Floridas. UT is in the LSU, UGA and USC price range.....why? Not much interest. Except those last 2 seasons Pearl was at UT.

I'm here because I'm interested in when UT is doing. I pull for you guys when you're not playing UK. I even went out of my way to meet Pearl when he was at Rupp last year. Super nice guy.

Evidently I hit a nerve when I said I dont consider UT a big rival. I think you'll find a few that think its HUGE, but the majority would rather beat a handful of others. Your UK pal on here, hardwood something?, I've read things on here where he goes bananas if you mention UL. Just the thought gets him wound up. Sorry, UT just isnt on that level.....not even relatively close, to be honest.

I wish UT was similar to the UL rivalry. UK needs big time names playing them in conference besides Fla. If you still disagree with me, the proof is in the numbers....ticket prices are less than half compared to when UNC, UL, IU and Fla come to town.

You bashing things having to do with UK gives you positive attention on here = weak minded. I havent been here long enough, but I guarantee you spoke derogatory about UK last season...even in a title year. Just curious, do you enjoy anything having to do with UK?

Evidently stating that UT is not one of UK's main rivals (for the evidence/facts that I stated) irked a few of you so much that you need to report me.

I find it hilarious that you guys can dish it out but you cant take it. You guys call names, get angry, threaten...etc. All I do is post facts that ticket sales suck when UT is at Rupp, compare title records (or lack ther of in this case), historical accomplishments and you guys go nuts.

You ever thought maybe nobody really cares what you consider a rival? Plenty of UK fans disagree with you. Most of us can "take it" fine, but not when said fan is clearly trolling.

As you have proven over and over again you do not know much of anything...You didn't know UK beat us by 61, Did not know UGA and LSU had been to final fours...Bet you didn't know that Tennessee has beaten UK more than any other team did you?...Bet you didn't know that but its true!...Now run along son, your boring us.

No matter your actual age, it is obvious that from an intellectual standpoint you are a child. I can't really find any motivation for arguing with you, it would be much the same as playing checkers with Helen Keller.

There are a few things you don't seem to understand.

1. This is a UT board. If they bash UK and spew the hate, just deal with it. We've been through this before, but if you don't like how you're being treated here, just leave.

2. Quit arguing your point when it's obvious you've lost. Every time you keep posting about this rivalry stuff you're just digging a hole deeper and deeper for yourself.

3. Stop criticizing others like Hardwood. Hardwood has earned respect on this site. Why? Because he knows better than to brag about UK and wave our success in UTs face. Respect others.

4. You need to learn to just calm down and not reply. There were times when I would have went off on somebody and made dumb posts. You just need to learn to ignore the insults and stop replying.

5. Leave this thread. You've lost. You're making yourself immature and silly. Nothing good is coming out of this for you.

From one UK fan to another, just leave or grow up.

I am proud of a team for going to the elite 8, no matter the team.

I mean, think about it. The elite 8 is better than, like, losing to Tennessee by thirty or something.
