Indianapolis Colts= 2007 World Champions

Pittsburgh Steelers enjoyed their new season in the playoffs last year. St. Louis Cardinals benefited from their new season in the playoffs. Don't act like it couldn't happen. Come playoff time, all you have to do is win 3 (I guess 4 if you don't get a bye) games in a row, and you're the world champs.
point taken...but in respect to the steelers last year...they had one thing that the colts dont right now...a defense. and they got a few breaks along the way.....:whistling:

as for the cardinals...it's baseball...different animal completely than football.

I'd say there is zero chance to that.
nah, he could get hurt? or the colts will figure out the run defense in the span of 3 weeks and suddenly become a run stuffing machine.

that defenses' job should only be to get off the feild any way possible and turn the game over to Peyton and co.....until they can start getting teams off the feild all they can do is watch.

Colts defeat Bengals 34-16. Their record now stands at 11-3.

P. Manning: 29-of-36, 282 yds, 4 TD
J. Addai: 8 car., 50 yds; 2 catches, 29 yds
D. Rhodes: 19 car., 52 yds; 4 catches, 26 yds
M. Harrison: 8 catches, 86 yds, 3 TD
R. Wayne: 7 catches, 84 yds TD

D. Freeney: 4 total tackles, 3 sacks, 3 FF

Next game: 12/24 @ Houston Texans (1 PM EST, CBS)

I'm not sure of the status of the injuries to Addai and Harrison. I had to work during the game. Does anyone have any info on this?

Something is wrong with Addai's right foot. I think Harrison has a problem with one of his fingers.

high ankle sprain, expected to be back next week according to the report i heard on the radio this a.m. coming to work.

I find it amazing that Giordano and Reid started as the FS and SS, and Palmer didn't light them up. Sanders was out. Doss is out. Bethea, a rookie 6th-rounder, was out. Even Jackson, converted from CB, was out. All I have to say is... wow.

I was expecting to see Rudi Johnson give it to the Colts and then some play action deep balls to Ocho Cinco and Housh. I don't know why they didn't do that, considering the inexperience of the Colts' safeties.

The Colts offense is indeed their best defense.

Marvin Harrison was selected to the Pro Bowl for the 8th consecutive season.

Reggie Wayne made his 1st Pro Bowl.

Tarik Glenn was selected to his 3rd Pro Bowl.

Jeff Saturday will play in his 2nd Pro Bowl.

And they lose again 24-27 on a game-winning FG by Kris Brown. 11-4 is their record. Peyton Manning surpassed 4,000 yards this season, and has done it an NFL record 7 seasons.
