Ok everyone knows the SEC has better defenses nobody is arguing that. I think Ingram is good and he is deserving, but you can make a case for 4 others (not Tebow) being deserving too. IMO Gerhart can at the very least equal Ingram's production in the SEC.

I actually think Ingram was the least deserving of all the candidates. Heisman winners don't get benched for freshmen because they are underperforming ala Auburn. He might not even be their starting running back next year for christ's sake.

I do hate Bama I'll admit it, but i will also admit Ingram is one of the best backs in the country. You for some some reason or another won't admit the same about Gerhart.
