Guys,
If you are looking for flash on your jailbroken Iphone check out yxflash (also has 1080p playback support). If you are considering jailbreaking, Cydia has alot of helpful free apps. My favs are 5 Icon dock (five icons across bottom instead of 4) and Winterboard is nice (allows you to modify settings like background, icons, and dock in ways not available in your basic settings options). Also, I find ScoreMobile to be easier to use than the ESPN scorecenter. PDANet for tethering. PDF Reader and QuickOffice (open excel, word, and database files) are handy too.

"words with friends " is fast becoming my favorite game : you can have up to 20 games going and also chat with your opponents. I liked it so much that I opted to pay for the ad free version

My wife never stops playing Words with Friends. I am considering getting an Itouch just to play. It is so addictive.

I finally got around to downloading this app. It is great. If anyone wants another opponent, I am vader626.

I recently downloaded the pocket Blu app. It's an app that turns your iPhone into a remote control for your network connected Blu ray player (for selected movies. I discovered it on Inglorious Basterds). It's useful for me because the PS3 doesn't come with a true remote and navigating with the controller is a pain.

The app is free so I'm going to download it. The only drawback appears to be that both users must have the app downloaded. It could be useful as a stand alone auto delete function possibly.

The depressing thing I read about Iphones + Verizon is that the signal Verizon uses CDMA does not allow for phones to run multi things at a time. U cannot be on the internet, talking on the phone, listening to the ipod, while playing ping-pong.

I forget what AT&Ts service is called, but it DOES allow for that.

just downloaded it, and signed up for Netflix, with the PS3

it allows you do do a couple of things.
1. run non apple approved apps
2. use a non apple app store (cydia or icy generally)
3. use winterboard, which is a program that allows you to adjust all of the graphics on the iphone...you can do some crazy stuff-or just simple things like adding your own background and taking off icon labels.
Unlocking is an additional procedure that is generally used to allow the iphone to be used on tmobile.

from what i understood, the multiple app deal was just for 3gs. i hope thats wrong.
