iPhone

Took 12 minutes to download. About another 10 for phone to update and install. I'm liking it so far.

was that on a 5..
My 4s as been updating for about the last 30 minutes

My 4s wouldn't activate after the upgrade. I had WiFi, but it could not connect to verizon. I finally erased it my phone and started it up as a new phone. I was finally able to activate it and then restored it from my backup on iTunes. Working like a champ, and I'm liking it so far.

I downloaded it on the iPad pretty quickly. I like it. I'm not downloading it on my 4. I'll wait to buy the 5s in October.

I love the update on my 5, but it seems like iOS 7 was designed for the smaller screen. So much waste of space with the Folders view on the ipad. Also, gestures are a little glitchy. Shouldn't be this way, especially on the ipad 4.

I also miss the Spotlight web/Wikipedia search. One of my most used features. Hopefully they'll add it back in a future update.

Spotlight is still there. Hold and drag down on any home screen.

Wife updated her 4s this morning. Said it took her about 20 minutes. Unfortunately she had to remove some apps. Guess they were not compatible.

Could have been a storage space issue. I've not had any problem with apps not working. Some were a little glitchy during beta 4-5 but they still worked.

I updated my wife's 5 today via iTunes. Took about 5 min to download then another 2-3 for the reboot process.

I've been on it since beta 4 and every app has worked fine on my iphone 4S (the iPad was very unstable until Gold Master).

The only valid reason is if you are jailbroken and in love with changing themes, cracked apps, or free tethering. Otherwise there is no real reason to wait.

I experienced the same thing, been on 7 since one of the earlier betas.

I agree with everything else. I have about 40-50 apps, all of which work perfectly fine. About 20 or so have had an iOS7 update.

There's been only a couple bugs here and there on GM, but there will be a number of smaller tweaks coming down the line.
