I'm not sure how the new plans work but I think it might go from $15 to $40 for that line. I'm still on the family plan with individual data plans & don't plan on ever switching.

We switched to the 15 gb plan which now is 30gb. Better deal for us plus with throttling, the unlimited really wasn't.

If you do the 5c on Next it will be cheaper. Next: $40 for the phone upfront, $18 a month on bill, no upgrade fee.

2yr- 99cents upfront, $25 increase on bill, $40 upgrade fee.

Honestly I would just try and buy one online from eBay or Amazon. Then you keep the monthly rate the same and can probably find one for about $100-$200.

That's the cheapest route, but it's not a "brand New" phone.

You can do 18 or 24 months. If they kept it at $15 a line instead of jacking to $40 when you upgrade it might be a good deal. The next gets you because you just finance the full price. I'll stick with my plan & just get the upgrade fee waived.

It's 20 and 24 months, and since he's already on that plan, it's better to do next at that point.

Picked up my niece's iPhone 4 today. Good god that thing is tiny to me now. Makes me wonder how I stuck with the 4S for almost 3 years. Sheesh.

Just a reminder for anyone with AT&T service. Until Oct 31 we still have the double data promo going on. Anyone on the 15gb or higher plan( or would like to move to 15gb or higher) you can get double data for free if you make the switch. It'll be grandfathered in for as long as you keep service.

Anyone with an iphone 6 having problems with it randomly shutting off and then coming back on a few hours later? This is the 2nd one I have had that has done this.

The only problems Ive had have been iOS 8 bugs related.

I haven't had this happen but today when I was online it kept restarting but would come right back on, kind of looked like it got overloaded and restarted itself. It did that a few times to me today when I was looking at emails. That's the first time it has acted up on me.

Mine has been fine. Buy my wife's has done the same thing as yours, niner. Also, some of her apps will just close unexpectedly at times. If it keeps it up much longer, we're going to head to the Apple Store (closest one is two hours away) and swap it.

I'm hoping mine is due to a software issue and not a hardware issue. I've been reading up on this and it seems like other people are experiencing the same issues. If it continues I'll go to apple, my closest apple store is about 30 mins away from me. Since yours is so far maybe you could call and see if they can give you any advise on what to do. It might he something as simple as a restore to factory settings and it would save you the trip.
