Freak, I haven't checked those other boards to see the deal-i-o, but will later.

Posting now to let you know the blank orange page/delay issue seems much worse today than usual. 30 second periods of it common today so far.

I'm having some delays today for the first time. Several threads in the politics forum take me about 20 seconds to load..normally it is never more than 3 or so.

I got the orange screen for the first time about 2 minutes ago right after I posted in here. I think LG is a curse.

Sometimes it has worked normal today, but also it has acted like it was still loading the page well after the page was loaded

Are all of you guys using the default skin or are any of you using the new one? I have got to get to the bottom of this.

I just changed to the 2k8.1 and it's still loading slow. It took the page over a minute to load the reply to thread page.

Yea I just changed it to 2k7 and still slow. Freak if ya have anything else you need us to try just say so.

I'm just not experiencing it on my end for whatever reason. It's just showing the brown background? Does it do it on the home page or blog pages or just the forum?

Try selecting the "speedy" skin and the "default" skin and see if it makes a difference.

(Beware the colors on these skins are blue)

I can't switch skins because the page never finishes loading.

Speedy seems to be about normal speed, except when I try to post my reply.

I went up and switched between arcade, user cp, and home pages to see if it still was slow and it was.

Any issues on the home page or the blog pages?

OWB when you say the page doesn't fully load does that mean you are getting past the orange blank screen but getting stuck somewhere else?

Slower than what?

There really shouldn't be any difference between most of the skins. The all should be the same except for "speedy" and "default". :dunno: Keep letting me know what you are experiencing.
