back with the team as in to workout in the near future? or back with the team as in for next season?

Keeping Harris and Hopson would be huge.

Agree to disagree I suppose. I think Scotty's ballhandling problems are really exaggerated, especially around here. Yes, he had some terrible turnovers at times this past season. But I'd say the 2nd half of the season those problems were corrected.

Scotty's problem is discipline, which it's pretty obvious the team has lacked with Bruce at the helm. I don't really see that being an issue in the NBA, if it is he'll obviously be playing elsewhere.

Wasn't labeling everyone a hater obviously, but there are quite a few people being ridiculously hard on Hopson and insulting a guy that represented the University of Tennessee well. I just don't get, especially when he hasn't even formally announced he's going.

I guess you only watched a couple of games because Hopson hasnt been able to dribble since he has been here. When he puts the ball on the floor nobody and not even Hopson knows what the out come will be.I like Hopson and hope that he comes back but he needs to learn ball handling skills really bad.Im sure some scout will tell him that.

I fear the problem is that before a scout gets the chance to tell him he needs a ton of work on his game that an agent will tell him he is a next level talent and would be a mid 1st rounder

how can you be a Duke fan, a Lakers fan, a Cowboys Fan, and a UT fan? Do you just like every historically great team and live in Tenn?

I bet if you look hard enough he is a New England fan and a Jimmy Johnson fan.Its whoever is winning he is a fan of.

Man, it disappoints me to see Hopson make a bad decision like this. Not for my own selfish reasons, but because he appears to be throwing his life away.

Reality is, Hopson isn't long term NBA material at all. He is 1 year from earning a college degree, and having the same or better opportunity in the draft next year. Idk who gave him advice, but they did him wrong. He will be looking for work in 3-5 years.

I think Hopson would do well to stay one more year, but isn't he on track to graduate early?

I think he actually might be done with school. Dude's a good student.

No kidding, because we all know the Lakers were winning in the mid 2000's and I'm on that Cowboys bandwagon because of all those deep postseason runs they've made over the past ten years.

If that is the case then I don't fault him at all! But a degree should be his main priority, I don't think basketball is going to give him a good income for long. There is always the risk of injury in coming back another year as well.

they make a good amount of money playing overseas (esp for a recent college grad). Do it for a few years, save some up and then get out in the workforce. I would also guess playing any type of pro ball opens up different job opportunities
