Has any seriously viable candidate ever run who promised to address the conflict? Clinton brokered a peace agreement that fell apart like always.
I cannot be held responsible for a hostile group being generationally angry for 70 or 80 yrs.

This guy died for a conflict going on for either decades or millennia depending on your perspective. His death will accomplish nothing. The conflict is much stronger than another suicide. In fact, suicide is an acceptable way of fighting in some of the cultures involved in this never ending fight.
I wish he would have given his life for a cause with better odds his act could have helped.

He kind of did it unintentionally for very, very late term abortion if you think about it.
