Do you have any idea how hard it is to keep explaining things over and over again and then have some dolt repeatedly argue there is no such thing as separation of church and state contained in the Constitution?

Yep.
Sometimes you just have to cut bait and row on. @hog88 is good people but if he disagrees with you the first time he's not changing his mind for the 101st explanation. You have a better chance at convincing some of our other posters that Telegram isn't a quality news source.
That isn’t what’s happening though. You’ve watched this enough. Hogg even gave him the setup, he quoted the whole amendment. All that’s missing is pointing to the appropriate clause and expanding/explaining but…Yep.

I’m going to do you a favor. Hogg is attacking the sloppy over used “separation of church and state” phrase. There isn’t an actual separation in practice. Congress opens sessions with a prayer. You see religious phrases in many of our documents and declarations. Our elected officials choose to generally use a Bible to swear their oath of office on.It’s there …. You just keep reading it. Don’t stop just keep studying it.
That is not what separation of church and state provides. If you read the 1st Amendment there is an “establishment clause” and a “free exercise clause” and any reasonable American, except this fool, knows that is the make up of the separation of church and state. Arguing otherwise is just, well ….. ignorant.I’m going to do you a favor. Hogg is attacking the sloppy over used “separation of church and state” phrase. There isn’t an actual separation in practice. The bill of rights is a list of SHALL NOTS imposed on the federal government. What is called out in 1a isn’t a “separation” of church and state, rather the state cannot use religion as a basis of persecution of individuals or groups. That’s it. But we see religion and religious references all over our government
Oh well I tried. That is not what the separation of church and state. I know exactly whom is right. You’re a parrot here without really explaining. 1a prevents us from becoming a theocracy and using theocratic legislation to persecute our citizens. But we see religion and religious context everywhere in our government and elected officials. If anything you are just another example parroting an over used phase you haven’t ever questioned or dissected. Good night honey!I guess if being right is digging a hole I’ll see you in China. Nighty night sweet pea.
Well if you don’t believe the Constitution separates church and state then you are a lunatic that nobody should give much attention. Nobody realistically believes such nonsense.I know exactly whom is right. You’re a parrot here without really explaining. 1a prevents us from becoming a theocracy and using theocratic legislation. You do understand no legal scholar or even a a layperson with a brain stem actually believes anything that you are arguing or support? You keep being a bona fide radical on that deserted island that you govern all by yourself. Just keep telling yourself you’re right. Keep doing it even though everyone is laughing at you.I told you the mechanism. You just replied with the same parroting. Go sleep it off
Actually yes they all believe exactly what I’m saying. You are not able to comprehend what I am saying however as you are too hung up on a phrase without understanding meaning or mechanism of the phrase. I thought you were going to bed.You do understand no legal scholar or even a a layperson with a brain stem actually believes anything that you are arguing or support? You do understand the discussion was that a poster did not believe the separation of church and state was in the Constitution. That is wrong. It is in there. The Supreme Court held as such. Game over, good night. That was the discussion you entered. No other explanation is needed. Count those sheep sweet pea.Actually yes they all believe exactly what I’m saying. No that isn’t what he was doing. I already told you that. He was CHALLENGING you to back up your assertion. And you failed miserably. And it was painful to watch so I tried to explain to you what was happening. But you won’t shut up and read and comprehendYou do understand the discussion was that a poster did not believe the separation of church and state was in the Constitution. That is wrong. I understand completely I was part of that dialogue. I will continue to write it here. Because you can’t see the forest because of the trees. There is a separation of church and state in the Constitution. To argue otherwise is asinine. If you admit that and then want to engage how that is established, then fine. But until then it’s silly to debate anything with you. Because the courts, Congress and the Executive Branch regardless of political affiliation disagrees with you.No that isn’t what he was doing. Go find a mirror champ. Hogg planted a whole damn forest around you while you just railed continually at a single tree. Sweet dreamsI understand completely I was part of that dialogue.
