Then she would have the excuse they’re young then the next year and guess what she has been here 7 years and hasn’t won anything just over and over where is now you go ahead and find a good coach and see what they can do. How long does it take to rebuild now with portal one or two years instead of 7 or whatever how many years does the people want to give her, she will not get rid of her husband and at best only hire two assistants if she stays

Well Rickea would exceed more with better Pg play, she’s great but with this roster she has to create her own shots which is not a strength of hers, she’s a deadly mid range jump shooter. You would see her average 25 plus with an elite Pg that gets the ball to her in her spots.

Kind of like how all off-season and during non-conference play you claim LSU was above every team in the SEC alone with SC.

Just a bunch of gibberish. Always taking away from and downing another player to praise someone else.

Rickea has had some of her best games of her entire career in a Tennessee uniform in the past two seasons.

I guess she’s never played with another elite player during her 4 1/2 seasons.

You’ve never seen me once say LSU and Sc are at the top of the Sec, u might have me confused with someone else. Yes Rickea is a special player and will find a way to get her points but I’m saying she would be even more deadly with an elite Pg.

She gets the ball plenty in her spots. As you note, she's a mid-range jump shooter--and a very good one. She's very good at scoring from in the paint. The only problem with her scoring zone is that the mid-range area can be crowded--you're going to have a lot of contested shots. Her three-point shooting is a weakness that she needs to improve.

None of us are giving her any just stating what AD White might use as a decision. Were losing over 4 million on womens basketball now don't know how willing he is to go to the 8 million LSU and SC are losing without some consideration of the possibility of improvement. Believe me there would be improvement if she got a top ten class in 2025. Her problem has always been not enough talent especially in the post and point guard. That all changes with great players which we have a minimum of right now. So yes if she could recruit things would be a lot better. The problem has always been recruiting.

And seemingly improving NIL offers could help with recruitment without exacerbating the budget deficit, right?

Legitimate when healthy which hasn't happened this season and even now she seems to be playing at about 70 percent of where she was her first two seasons. Some games not even that. There is plenty of reason she is not performing mainly her illness. When she was healthy she was going for 10 points and 7 rebounds a game and was not a volume shooter. She was averaging about 8 shots per game even then. Her efficiency was very high making 65 percent from the field. Her defense was outstanding. She showed a glimpse a time or two this season, but not anywhere close to her defense her first two seasons.

Plus if they get someone else in here still a problem that has to be solved. Your not recruiting these days without NIL money and I don't care how good a coach you are not winning consistently without elite players.

And who’s spearheading this? If you’re having trouble securing/obtaining it’s a direct reflection on the approach.

Also helps if you’re winning on the court. Kellie needs to go Coach Yo to get fans in the seats, she needs to go Bruce Pearl (hired at Tennessee) to create new excitement around the program. Instead she falls in line with Buzz.

This shows you what you really know. She was not his "ace" recruiter. At least know who does what on these staffs. Average fans who know everything kill me. Why dont you go to practice and teach hybrid Princeton to the the team or something productive.
