Yet here we are with our thumbs up our butt. Glad. When people won't make decisions, apply pressure. Butch won't make it thru the week. Can't afford to have Uf out getting their next urban or spurrier and we are sitting around doing nothing but showing how not to play football.

I believe, and am willing to bet, there will be a settlement.

That is probably the best option for both parties and makes the most sense. Mac gets paid to go away but UF gets it at a discount because he’s a blithering idiot and got his own arse fired.

People seem to forget that Gruden also built the Raiders team he beat to win that Super Bowl. Dummy built the defense, but Gruden made the offense a championship caliber unit.

TN gets shown up in the firing process.....what gives us any confidence that this administration can go out and make a great hire, we screw up the firing.

Florida is on top of the game and they know they want a winning coach and they are going to go after it hard. I think they go after a big name this time, and they will get who they want.

We will sit back and wait on all the top coaches to get hired and we will go after a coordinator or another butch and Dooley. If we even fire butch this year. We will be so far behind ga, Fla... I'm afraid we will be the laughing stock of the country for years to come.

He was asked to accept less than his 12 mil buyout, but ultimately asked to resign as hc. So not officially out just yet.

just saw that. My first thought is one year removed from back to back SEC East titles and now he’s gone.

Meanwhile we just got beat by Kentucky and we still have Butch.

I wonder if we will have more luck hiring the next coach since our AD gave the coach so many chances unlike Florida firing their coach a year after back to back East champs? Some may not want that pressure. Urban Meyer even ran out of that...

Knew it, that dude's smile after the loss said it all. It was over and both sides were thankful for it.
