Ron, what if he was your mentor and like a father to you? Imo, it would be a tough circumstance to deal with. And I'm not supporting him. Just trying to explain why some may feel different.

Nothing is important than the safety of innocent children. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. I don't care who it is. People can call me a snitch or judgemental or whatever they want. I will always be on the side of a child who was abused.

After that, I don't understand how you can defend his "one mistake" as some are characterizing it.

That's a lot of people over 60 years--personal, university, teams and coaches.

Maybe not evil just to be evil.... But what he allowed to happen is evil. And knowing that he could have done something to help innocent children makes me not sad at all over his demise.

I am sad for those young men that probably sleep with the lights on or have trust issues...
