Just a question:
Why do you hate Jon Gruden so much?
I'm a Buccaneers fan. To me, Jon Gruden is Tampa's Lane Kiffin, without the whole leaving after one season thing. Came in with all these promises and s**t, delivered jack s**t. Gruden drew his agony out over a longer period of time.
How in the hell is that a contradiction, genius? He won with Rich Gannon, despite Al Davis. He thought he could do that again (make a good QB out of someone else's backup). Sort of did with Johnson. He wasn't a marquee QB, either. Doesn't mean he can't coach, just that in the case of his later days at Tampa, he didn't have enough talent at QB to get them back to the SB.
Contradiction came when you said Gruden built the Raiders (head coach building the team), then came right back and blamed the Glazers and Rick McKay for him sucking in Tampa (implying that the coach had no say in things). Either the coach has control over his players, or the GM and owners do. Which is it??
Haha, i give you facts about successful college coaches and their struggles in the NFL and you tell me to kiss your ass, you sure put up a strong argument...

Remember this?? My statement stands. Auto-fornicate with a shotgun.
I don't understand why you keep using the NFL (even though he had moderate success there) to predict how good of a college coach Gruden would be. It's been proven that coaches that did not succeed in the NFL have been VERY good in college. I really don't get where you're coming from.
I don't want Lane Kiffin 2.0 in Knoxville. I don't want a sh**ty offense laden with penalties (because of how "complex" Gruden's offense is), where every play is 3-yard dip-dunk bulls**t. You will NEVER convince me that Gruden doesn't owe 75-90% of his "success" in Tampa to Monte Kiffin's defense.
This is the burning question that needs answered.
I don't have an issue with you, DH. Matter of fact, you seem to be good people on here, so I'll just say that I answered it above.
