I would prefer Payton to Jaylen just IMO
Just consider that the Tennessee state average ACT score is 19.7. A perfect score is a 36. If indeed he made a 27 then he sure knows a lot of math and science to be a bad student?
I be inclined to think the 27 is inaccurate if he has grade troubles. Guess its possible, but highly unlikely.
