No FF and no NC since ‘08. The program is a shell of its former self.

This list underscores the past 2 hiring errors that have dropped us from elite status. The protocol has been #1 Who are the best LV tree coaches #2 Hire the best available from that list.
Danny White needs to flip this script right now. We cannot afford more feel good coaching hire blunders as from our legends, first Pat, then Phil. A handful of UTLV fans expressed that both hires were disasters from day 1. Even more were silent yet hopeful.
Danny White ... please go hire the best coach available, PERIOD.

Ridiculous. We won the SEC all-sports crown last year for the 1st time in a generation. Top 10 nationally - are you for real?

DW gave Kellie an extension after her best season ostensibly to aid recruiting. Coach crapped out with all of her targets.

Turning a basketball program around is much easier than turning a football program around...As I said, It's Tennessee...All you have to do is look in the rafters at the banners and the tradition we have here...I can't picture a coach not wanting to be there...Players flock here when the right coach is in place...Get a no name coach and they won't show any interest...It's just how the game works.

All head coaches were assistants at one time...But successful ones are few and far between...Geno look over a program that had zero tradition and made it a megapower...Much like Pat did with us, Jeff is a good coach but he hasn't won anything yet but he's been close and I guarantee you if offered the Tennessee job he would come running...He could recruit here easier than Louisville.

Good morning! Am I still asleep, cuz this is the nightmare within the nightmare. If the losing streak continues into SEC it will only be bc RJ continues to be unavailable. At that point, after more than two months out, it would be time for her to consider a medical redshirt, or to just begin prepping for the W. And with an injury that serious, her W stock might plummet.

That said, the new mock drafts show the injury and not playing hasn't hurt her a bit so far, still hanging in mid first round. Mexico and the performance against USA and Fla St seem to have solidified her W potential.

If we did continue this bad with her back, then it is time (after the season) to pull the plug on KJH. It will mean she has lost the one thing she is best at, her bond with the players. It's already very concerning that the mindset has become so tight, so scared, so shell shocked wo RJ. Now they have two cupcakes and about a month at home to reclaim the team that played at Florida St. If they can't, it's probably the end for KJH.

Does anybody have a top 25 SOS for Lady Basketball Nation wide. A lot of teams have played a lot more early season tough games it seems like.

this next game is full of intrigue,,a team that 8-1....they've played both levels of competition,,,from an exhibition against Transylvania where they won 65-42,,,to a contest with #4 Utah where the lost but scored 72 against them 117-72

gonna be interesting

Every game moving forward will have intrigue. If the game is close, does the LV default to shutdown mode of here we go again. Or do they come out get up 16 and close the game out with a small victory. Teams playing us right now see a beat up team…physically and mentally.

And we are. But there's a whole month coming up where they're home, they only have a couple of cupcake games and plenty of practice and film time. If the mindset can't be reclaimed during that period, either with or god forbid without RJ, then it is over for KJH. Still probably wouldn't happen in season, but would need to happen right after.

I just mentioned in the MTSU thread that I felt that development was missing. I'm not seeing individual much less overall team development in the staffs system.

I'm not sure how this goes rest of year. When Healthy this team can easily win every game except SC and LSU as Rickea is that good and will make others better. Will this team come together and play for Lady Vols or the individual that is the biggest question going forward. Coach Harper the fire 🔥 is lit under your britches lets see what you are made of. In CHRIST Alone
