Other than the Falcons super bowl, I haven't watched an NFL game since Peyton retired. Between Dobbs, AK, and Barnett I'm getting the interest back.

Just make butch look smarter and smarter doesn't it? Lol. Every average fan knew kamara was better than Hurd. And not just better suited for the system...just plain better all the way around. And test through the majority of the season kamara sat on the sidelines while we watched Hurd average 1 yard or carry. Every year there decisions butch makes that are just plain dumb. But his handling of kamara is probably the biggest indictment on his coaching ability we've seem

I actually watched the game. Garrett looked great. He didn't play many snaps by design. But when he was in there he was disruptive.

He looked as advertised. Hall of Fame caliber player in waiting.

If you watched him play you would see he was playing like a chicken with his head cut off. Lacked the sort of poise and calm Watson had. This was a lucky night. Trubisky will not be a competent NFL starting QB.

For the record, Blake Bortles also lit it up his first preseason game as a rookie. And we've all seen how his career has turned out.

He's not. I watched the game. He didn't looked poised. He was helter skelter against backups. He got some nice completions but I didn't see the sort of command, calm, and poise Watson showed the night before.

Trubisky will be a BUST. Blake Bortles 2.0.

Who knows how he'll end up, but to say Trubisky "was playing like a chicken with his head cut off" is insane. A headless chicken doesn't go 9-9 the first time it hits the field.

Geez some of y'all have short memories. Before AK, Hurd was young and had a bad offensive line but he took on the SEC like a man. In 15 and 16 he ran hard and got the beating for his efforts.

Hurd's mom should have kept her mouth shut about A.K. but yall deserve to hear that mess if you follow her on social media...

Hurd and A.K. were different running backs and we were lucky to have both at UT. The shame here is that CBJ and staff could not keep them both happy. What an incredible duo to have at UT.

Congrats to A.K. and I hope he has a great NFL career. As for Hurd well, yeah....

It happens in the preseason against 3rd stringers.

Remember Dak Prescott was an abberation. There's a reason so many were skeptical of him even after an amazing preseason. Because it's preseason and we've seen guys who never amount to anything look good in the preseason. Blake Bortles famously lit it up in his preseason game as a rookie. Jags fans were appointing him the next great QB.

And we've seen how that has turned out. Don't be surprised if Trubisky throws 3 picks in his next game.

How can you call Trubisky a bust yet call Garrett a HOF?

It's been 1 game.

Garrett: G1 1 tackle total
Trubisky: G1 18/25 166 1td 3/38yds

Based on that Garrett should be fired and Trubisky is the nxt star

Ok then. Barnett outplayed Garret yet again. Much as he did his entire college career. So if Garret looked like a HOFer, and Barnett looked at least twice as good, what does that make Barnett?

I wasn't going to the Giants/Steelers game tonight, but now that Dobbs starting, gotta go check it out.

HOF if Dobbs goes 9 for 9 against the G'men tonight?
