Apparently nobody eats on outdoor patios in this thread.

The burger I had at Blackhorse was pretty darn good.

I love being cold, so sitting on a patio in the summer is like the exact opposite of anything that I'd enjoy

That's why I brought up the question since it's spring. Not too cold and not too hot outside during the evening.

Just a heads up for The online menu for the Blackhorse. Your bruch menu reads steak and eggs is a NY strip but I was served a petite sirloin. I didn't look at my the in house menu so it may be sirloin.

Anyone been to don Gallo off Hardin valley? Pretty decent and you get your food pretty quick

It's our favorite Mexican spot in fact! Great food, great drinks, great service. They have some of the most flavorful taco dishes. It sounds strange but try the beer bettered fries next time, just as a side. They've also got a decent, covered patio to eat outside on.

Speaking of healthy, I had the thunder road burger at Aubrey's yesterday. It was pretty good. Jalapeño, homemade pimento cheese, battered fried onions, ranch dressing. Yum

The fries at Aubrey's with the seasoning are better than the homemade potato chips. I haven't tried the burger but their Hawaiian ribeye is great. The only thing that bothers me about Aubrey's is they have the strangest white gravy ever. It is not good.

Just saw where the Aubreys at Campbell Station is closing down on May15th. Crazy.

Wife and I went there last week on her lunch break. Food was decent, salsa pretty avg. Took forever to get 1 dish we split. I would eat there again, but not if I was pressed for time.

I just heard that too. It's been a Farragut staple forever, one of the first in the area and seems busy all the time. On the other hand, I have never really been impressed by their food.

Limited parking and an aging building were mentioned.

I had heard the one in Lenoir City was closing as well....but nothing confirmed. It wouldn't surprise me. It's not the easiest place to find.
