Knoxville Restaurants

I know there are some shops there, just didn't know what all was there.

It's changed a bit in the past few years. Stock and Barrel is a good craft burger place, but be prepared to wait. There are excellent craft beer bars just off Market Square in Casual Pint and Sutree's.

I'll echo doc's question. What are you looking for?

A few great restaurants:. The Oliver Royale, Emilia's, Stock and Barrel, Tupelo Honey.

Multiple bars: you might try Preservation Pub or the speakeasy in the alley beside the Oliver. Scruffy City will likely have good live music.

I don't know what kind of shopping you would be interested in, but it's mostly frilly. There is a cool t-shirt shop around the corner (Nothing Too Fancy).

Mast General Store a block to the east is a good place to shop.

Honestly, just walking around and enjoying the area. I seen where Old City is close and interested in the history as well.

The Love Shack next to Lonesome Dove was open this past weekend. Stopped in for burger. Good food, nice people, not a bad little meal on the courtyard there.

Pretty sure they have the Blizzard shirts (and if they don't, they are the types to make another run of them for you).

You all are also forgetting that they have a working WWF Superstars arcade game in the store.

Anyone been to Jackie's Dream? Apparently it is a really good soul food restaurant. I may go soon and report to you fine folks.
