Knoxville Restaurants

Anyone can pile a bunch of ingredients onto crust and call it pizza.

Sauce for sauce, cheese for cheese, pepperoni for pepperoni, Bella Roma is the closest think to an Italian-tasting, NY slice of pizza.

Sorry they don't give you an option with raspberries and kale.

Ok, do they have 2 types of pizza or something? Wife and I got it a few months back and it was absolutely no different from when it was Tony's.

I'll go Little Nicky's before I go there.

Although I actually love hard Knox. The Marciano is basically pepperoni and big gobs or mozzarella.

For what it's worth, the buffet pizza is garbage. It's definitely a different pizza than when you buy a fresh made pizza over the counter.

I <3 NY Pizza in Farragut has the best pizza.

Also, this place I've heard of, K-Town Tavern, has pretty solid pizzas too lol

Tried it after reading about it in this thread. It was good, but not great. Definitely not best in Knox.

Laugh if you want but I've had some great pizza from Oscar's on the strip. I'm a big fan of Dazzo's on Gay St. as well.

Dazzo's is great, as well as Oscars.

I heard about Blaze sometime last year when they first opened and were selling pizza at a super low price(like $3 for a whole pizza maybe?). I happened to be picking up an order of food from We're Cooking at the time.

Between the two, Texas Roadhouse and Longhorn's are pretty much the same thing imo.

Mellow Mushroom does a surprisingly good pizza. There is something about their crust that I really like. I haven't tried Blaze or Hard Knox though. Brixx to me felt like it's a little pricier for the size of pizza you get and they are thin crust only.

I rarely go there but whenever I do the pizza is excellent. My only complaint about it is that it leaves me with an oily/greasy weird after taste on my tongue for hours. No idea why that happens to me only there.

Oscar's is my go-to after football games for a calzone

I read about Blaze the other day. Looks pretty good. Did you have the pizza or go for another item

Pizza. Pick your own toppings and sauce in line, unlimited options for the same price ($8). Thin, delicious flash fired crust.

Hey Crusse, just curious are there any TN decorations at KTown?

yeah, a little. There's a mural when you walk in the door that has some Vol-ish stuff. Behind the host stand there's a floor-to-ceiling style lit up shadow box with a design that incorporates Neyland Stadium. There's not much TN decoration, but mainly those two things, which are noticeable.

I like Blaze. Think Subway (any toppings) but for pizza. Cool concept. Spicy sauce is very good.

Horse burger .

They actually have a good menu. Trip advisor has it ranked 74 out of 1,045 Knoxville Restaurants.

Several posters have been there and given it good reviews.

Here is their website with menu.

Walk across the parking lot and get one of the best pizzas in Knoxville at Hard Knox Pizza.

Oh Lawd.

Apparently I've been edited. As well as the OP. Someone says this is a no fun zone 😂
