Lady Vols (6 seed) Portland Regional

Among the other teams on Charlie Creme's 7-10 seed lines, last night, Marquette (9 seed) and West Virginia (7 seed) both lost to teams that are not projected to make the NCAA tournament (St. John's, who is #82 in the NET, and Oklahoma State, who is #57 in the NET). That has to help us - both worse losses than anything on our resume.

Tonight, Michigan (10 seed) plays at Ohio State (a likely loss shouldn't really affect anything), and UNLV (8 seed) and Green Bay (10 seed) play conference games they should win, but we should hope they pick up another loss somewhere.

You know its sad that we have to hope and wish that some of these teams lose so we can be seeded higher or he’ll just getting in the ncaa tournament that’s what our program has turn into

Yes, we do know that. Already knew it before getting reminded 10 million times on this board by posters who think they've just discovered a secret.

Different reactions by different folks, most of us know all that but still hope the LVs win the next game. That ok?

Doubt that WVU is going to fall behind Tennessee as a #7 seed. They are safely off the bubble.

If Tennessee takes care of bid-ness (and by that I mean not losing to TAMU and not losing early in the SECT), they are in.

I’d be careful about tossing that bidness word around. A certain psychopath used it frequently…
