LaMarcus Coker suspension

Wow. Tell me, are there green lollipops there with you in the land of chocolate pillows, purple dragonflies, and swirly gumdrops? I mean, do you think that if you say it enough times it will come true? Like clicking your heels together ...

Alot of people seem to think assuming UF will win the East will make them have a defense that can stop quality SEC offenses... so why not?

Fulmer said, "Sometimes you get young people who you don't necessarily want to be around," Fulmer said. "LaMarcus is not one of those guys. He's a good person. He's got some issues, and we'll try to get through it."

Reads well for Coker.

Sorry if I missed something, but what's with the speculation on pain medication?

Fulmer has said there is a medical condition that contributed to the failed drug test and some think he is addicted to painkillers because of past rehabs.

Interesting. Can't really imagine heavy weightlifting and practice in pads and 95 degree heat while on narcotics. Guess we'll see.

If that's true I wish him luck with it. I've seen pain killers ruin people's lives.

Florida has top 3 talent, but a team that I see as 15th-20th best in the nation.

Not really. UF lost a ton of talented guys last year. They left young guys and older guys who weren't as talented.

If you compare their Fr and Soph to everyone else then they have top 3 talent. But their underclassmen are not more talented than all four or five classes of all but two schools.

I hope that's somewhat understandable. It was difficult to express.

Whatever, I hope Coker dosen't get the privilage to wear the orange again,we don't need him representing us as alumnis,a fan-base,and an athletic department if he is going to make unwise choices. Doning the orange comes at a price and that is representing the millions of Big Orange fans with a good name, and giving your all on the field. That is all that you are requiered of to have your education payed for, and your future taken care of ,whether you play in the NFL or not. These kids have the world given to them, and yet they throw it away like disposable razor. With that said, whether it hurts our team in the long-run (which it will) I say ODIOS to Mr. Coker.

Does anyone have concrete facts of the allegations?

Its a bit early to throw him to the wolves or stone him to death.
Go thump your Bible somewhere else or back to your closet for another drink.

Go offend people and insult religion in the pub.

Although I disagree with his statement your other comments were just dumb.

No they were straight on. People make mistakes..... I can't stand someone who is not willing to forgive and try to help Coker get his life back on track.

I don't need someone with an obviously tenuous grasp of the English language speaking for me, as a UT alum with multiple degrees.

I think his spelling of "Adios" is reflective of his credibility.

Translation: "He sure can run, so we'll try to get him back soon."

Well looks like another typical start for a UT football season. Whatever his problems I hope he gets them straightened out fast. I really like Foster but Coker is a big play guy.

Of course, we still have the annual fall practice injury to an impact player at a thin position to deal with.

But hey, maybe this will be an atypical year.
