Laremy Tunsil admits he accepted money from Ole Miss coach

No they won't. In the wake of the Cam Newton deal, 4 Auburn players went on HBO Real Sports and claimed they got paid while in school. The hammer than dropped on Auburn was pretty rough, wasn't it?

Cam Newton never admitted he knew his dad took money. He said he went to Auburn cause he wanted. You can call it BS and I would agree with you. But it gives him and the school a loophole. On your other point, I don't know anything about those 4 Auburn players you're talking about but if they're from a long time ago, it might just be that too much time passed...sorta like a statute of limitations.

This Tunsil thing is completely different. First he admits to knowledge. And Ole Miss is currently under investigation.

They're getting the hammer. At least as bad as USC for Reggie Bush and most likely a lot worse. This is national news. They can't ignore it.

They got outbid for nkemdiche, but were right there to the end on him. Think they offered to pay Tunsil too?

Who goes to Greenville SC voluntarily?

And it turns out that the chick at the end of the press conference is Jimmy Sexton's assistant, not an NFL PR person. So maybe the NFL doesn't care, but Jimmy Sexton does :)

yeah he does. Hugh Freeze's agent is none other than Jimmy Sexton

What does Greenville have to do with Clemson? If you were to say Anderson, then it might make sense

There would have to be a paper trail or Tunsil would have to agree to be interviewed by the NCAA and admit to them. He's not going to do that and I'd bet anything there is no paper trail.

she was so pissed. it was hilarious. She's like "yall didn't hear what yall just heard, okay?" :eek:lol:

So the now public text messages don't constitute hard evidence to you?

I don't count. If I did the Bamers would have been nailed years ago.

I doubt those messages mean anything to the AA without corroboration.

Timing worked out perfect to bury the story about Alabama Coach being fired for cheating. Weird............

Judging by the texts, it is obvious that Ole Miss has a system setup to pay amounts to players at specific times. This system is setup through members of the AD. Many people are involved and are aware of this system.

Ole Miss fans whistling past the graveyard big time on SECrant. It's pretty funny watching them squirm.

They won't ignore it. They won't pretend it didn't happen.

They just won't do anything about it.

If the NCAA isn't going to do anything about this situation, then why did Davis resign at Bama? If the NCAA is completely neutered, couldn't Bama just continue chugging along as normal without worrying about any repercussions?
