Well they found a solution for the nursing home problem. Patient is about to die in nursing home gets sent to die in hospital. Not counted as nursing home death.

This has been going on unofficially for a while - especially if the nursing home patient isn't dying of COVID. About a month ago, my friend got to see his father, who was in organ shutdown due to complications from diabetes. They made him wear head to toe PPE but he got to see his Dad while he was still somewhat lucid.
