Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

What freedom have you lost? Freedom comes at a cost. No one has asked you to sacrifice what others are not sacrificing.

Really? I know several small business owners who lost their businesses. They were not asked to sacrifice the same as WalMart, Lowe’s, etc.

Now we know that a business can be arbitrarily shut down on the executive order of a governor or local politician. BTW, the rent or mortgages obligations don’t stop.

You want to go to church? Nope.

Take your kids to school? Nope.

Have a large gathering at your house? Nope.

All of the above are just a select few freedoms that were lost where I am. There are many more and the final price to be paid is yet unknown. But it will be high.

I've taken an illegal drug user, illegal immigrant, rioter/looter approach; I simply ignore the law and do what I want. We've had several gatherings at our home and I have no idea if they were 'legal'. I am mask less unless requested by the business I am entering. Perhaps I have reached the age where I simply don't care what the rulers say.

Good for you. You live in Tennessee. People in other places are living a much different reality.

To believe you really haven’t lost anything because you do what you want is very short sighted.

What made you think I take a counter argument to your point or I believe others are without loss?
