I'm not getting it either. I had the virus around New Year's or I assume I did for about a week and half I lost my smell & taste and ran a slight fever but I didn't go to the doctor or get tested.

Got an email today from our owner. Not require it atp, but basis our ability to visit and service accounts that it may be a requirement at some point. So effectively it is nothing but peer pressure on the little,and once the big corps require it, it is an off the books law. Kinda like how this is all coming togther on many issues. Corporatacracy.

the sad part is she's partially correct - the government is handling it wrong by saying even after vaccination you have to mask, distance, etc. She's scary - wrong when she suggests lockdowns should be used to motivate people to get vaccinated

I only use FB for the marketplace thing to look for landscaping stuff, but that means subjecting myself to whatever is on the home page. The "wear a damn mask/get a damn vaccine" people are doing their causes no favors. The average person isn't interested into being shamed into doing something. If you want the vaccine, get it. Who cares. If you don't want it, don't get it. Also who cares. If mask mandates going away make you terrified keep wearing your mask. It's not a ban on them. I'll be interested to see what businesses still require masks after our mandate ends next month.

This is very true. It's also unfortunately given people the idea that everyone's opinion is equal. We can all log on to this free site and type out whatever our brain vomits up, therefore my inane thoughts have merit and must be viewed.

In high school and college I used to write letters to the editor in my spare time. I found a lot of times I'd get my little screed together and review it only to find I was no longer interested in mailing it in. Whatever had irked me was unirked by writing it out. Social media discourse would be a lot more civil if people were forced to actually think through the garbage they chuck up there for likes and approving comments.

This should speak volumes to the people that are asleep out there. Covid is nothing but numbers manipulation. I guarantee this number would be much higher if the government had not have incentivized Covid by offering $$$ for cases. Clowns like Fauci and the MSM fueled the fire.

The director of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says new data suggests people who are vaccinated against COVID-19 don’t catch the virus and can’t spread it.

You are absolutely correct but there are just so many that have bought into the media pushed BS. Ask yourself this question, what would have happened if COVID would have never been reported like it was? What would we have said? It would hav been something like this, “man this was a pretty bad flu year. “. End of story. No lockdowns. No businesses ruined. No children’s education affected. No stupid mask mandates or daily briefings. No fear porn pushed by the media, Fauci, WHO and the CDC. Life would have went on.

But that didn’t happen. Instead we have been fed the BS lies for over a year that this thing is so deadly we should all walk around in freaking hazmat suits. That we can’t do anything without getting an unproven vaccine that was super rushed into production and the blessing from a hack physician who has manipulated his way to power.

Think about this. We have let a virus, with almost a 99% survival rate absolutely cripple us and dictate our lives for a year. What are we going to do when a virus that’s a real threat shows up? My God..
