Am I correct to assume "cases" are positive tests including people with no symptoms?

A woman told me that she was one of the first people vaxed in the US as part of the trials. She had either blood work or Covid tests done weekly and over the last 18 months she tested positive 3 times but has never been sick. I assume these type situations are what Israel is referencing?

The data I've seen about the number of people hospitalized has been something like 98.3% unvaxed.

Yes about 1% of vaccinated are getting hospitalized compared to 99% unvaccinated.
That is the correct data that all the hospitals are reporting.
Unless you have some secret data nobody knows about, do you mind showing us your secret source?

Secret? No. First hand knowledge from a board certified infectious disease specialist with over 20 years experience? A man who is vaccinated and has treated many, many cases of COVID? I do have that.

Sorry to break it to you but just like with doctors being unable to report true data during the past year and a half, the same is happening now. In the past 2 months he has had, just in his clinic, over 120 vaccinated people who had severe reactions to the vaccine and needed to be hospitalized. 10 of them died from COVID even though they were vaccinated. That’s just in one moderate sized clinic.

But hey you keep on believing whatever the CDC or John Hopkins feeds you. They obviously have been completely factual throughout this whole thing.

Oh and I am not going to mention his name. At least not without his permission.

As interesting as your inside information is, no where in your post did you explain why the data was wrong between the percentages of vaccinated and unvaccinated being hospitalized for Covid.

Another dirty secret that the government wants to hide is downplaying the immunity for those that have had covid. There have been numerous studies that have shown people to have as much or more immunity then being vaccinated.

To play devil's advocate, one reason might be that there simply aren't many naturally infected Israelis who didn't receive the vax. Aren't there like 80% there that got the vax? That leaves 20 some percent who didn't and even a smaller percent of those that previously had C19. Many that's why their numbers are so small

I totally agree with your point. I was trying to provide numbers to reiterate it. The Israeli population that is both unvaxxed and naturally immune cannot possibly be terribly large, and will feature a disproportionate number of kids.

NBC is simply not a source of credible info. They’re probably the worst of all the alphabet stations which are really not credible either. Their job is to tell you what issue you should be concerned with and train the audience what the acceptable paradigm of thought on said issue.

They've been testing mRNA vaccines for a while. The idea didn't simply get developed from a blank slate in response to Covid.

By the same logic j&j should be the safest vaccine because we have been using that process for centuries.

I seriously doubt each mRNA works exactly the same. thus could have different side effects. Common sense would say because we are getting different results, targeted at Covid, that these mRNA vaccines can not be assumed to be the same as other existing safe ones.
