Roberto Javier Toruno-Cruz, an adult illegal alien, has been arrested and charged with child sexual assault offenses.

According to Taylor County officials, the mother of the 14-year-old girl had found videos on her daughter’s phone allegedly depicting Toruno-Cruz sexually assaulting the girl, prompting her to go to police with the footage.

NYC Migrants — Including Illegal Alien Convicted Of Sex Assault — RAPED Woman At Knifepoint In Front Of Boyfriend: police sources​


Two migrants were arrested for a knifepoint rape in Coney Island – including one who illegally crossed into the US at the southern border in 2022 and was then busted four months later on rape charges in Brooklyn, law-enforcement sources said Monday.

David Davon-Bonilla, 24, a Nicaraguan migrant, allegedly grabbed the 46-year-old woman and threw her to the ground before raping her while holding a knife to her throat at Surf Avenue and 16th Street around 9 p.m. Sunday, cops and the sources said.

The horrific attack took place outside a hotel housing asylum seekers.

That victim was RAPED and SODOMIZED inside the hotel on April 23, 2023. It’s not clear why Bonilla was allowed to remain in the US after he was released from jail in that case.

Migrant accused of Raping 15-Year-Old is Released on $500 Bail despite ICE’s demands for deportation​


A Haitian migrant charged with the rape of a 15-year-old girl at a Massachusetts hotel was released on $500 bail last week despite ongoing requests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to transfer him to its custody.

Cory Alvarez, a 26-year-old Haitian national, who was allowed into the US via a controversial program that allows up to 30,000 migrants to fly in each month, was charged with aggravated rape of a child in March.

ICE said in a statement that Boston’s branch of Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) filed a detainer against Alvarez with the local sheriff’s office March 14. A detainer is a request by which authorities alert ICE about an individual they believe to be subject to deportation so they can take the individual into federal custody and deport that person.

In this case, as in many “sanctuary” jurisdictions, the detainer was not adhered to, and Alvarez was released on bail.

The court vacated the conviction of Heraclio Osorio-Arellanes four years after the district court in Arizona convicted him of the December 14, 2010, murder of Agent Terry.

Federal prosecutors charged Jesus Rosario Favela-Astorga with first-degree murder in connection to the December 14, 2010, murder of Border Patrol Agent Terry in southern Arizona, Breitbart Texas reported at the time of the trial. Agent Terry, a Border Patrol BORTAC team member, responded with fellow agents to an area where Mexican “rip-crews” would attack migrants and drug smugglers. When the agents encountered the crew, crossfire left Agent Terry mortally wounded.

Investigators tied one of the weapons found at the scene of Terry’s murder to the Fast and Furious gun-running program conducted during the Obama-Biden administration. So far, no one in the federal government has been held accountable for their actions in the scheme.

My mind is open. That’s why I know better than to drink the Republican KoolAid on immigration issues. What’s disgusting is for one party to villainize a group of people when they have no intention of doing anything about the issue. They’re just creating a wedge issue for votes.
