The 10 million are not all rapists, murderers and drug dealers. They are here and they crossed the border. But the rapes and murders and drug trafficking are real. Just one murder, such as Laken Riley, is one too many and it was real.

We do not need to let illegal immigrants into the country and we need to enforce existing laws should they sneak in. If the economic incentive is gone, they will be far less likely to show up.

The Obama, Trump, and Biden admins are responsible for thousands of deaths because they either willfully chose not to protect the border (Biden, Obama) or willingly turn a blind eye to not enforcing the rules against ag/construction companies (Trump) that utilize illegal labor....

A Texas court sentenced a Honduran migrant to life in prison this week for repeatedly sexually assaulting two girls and then attempting to murder them in 2020, the Harris County District Attorney’s Office announced Friday.

Jose Orbin Martinez-Lopez, 46, was put away for life for sexually assaulting the girls, aged 11 and 12, and then breaking into their home in September 2020 where he tried to kill them and burn down their house, the announcement stated.

After Martinez-Lopez slashed one of the girl’s throats with a box cutter, he locked both girls in a room and set fire to the house before fleeing, according to the announcement.

A Venezuelan migrant driving for Amazon smashed into a Florida mom who was pushing her 4-month-old infant in a stroller — causing the young mother “catastrophic” injuries and throwing the baby into the street, according to cops and video from the scene.

The mom, who has not been named publicly, was walking in the Ives Estates community outside Miami with her infant and the family dog on a leash when they were allegedly struck by Sarahy Parra-Ovalles last Thursday, according to the horrifying footage obtained by The Post.

The mother was dragged onto the front of the car, the home surveillance video showed.

Sarahy Parra-Ovalles, 45, is no longer delivering for Amazon, the company said.

The driver stopped her car and got out long enough to prop the stroller back up and put the baby in the seat — and then fled.

She left “the baby alone in the middle of the intersection and the mom bleeding from her skull,” the family’s lawyer Judd Rosen told The Post Tuesday.

A few days after the wreck, the mom was home recovering from “a catastrophic brain injury, a broken skull and a brain bleed,” Rosen said.

Parra-Ovalles, 45, entered the US on a tourist visa in 2019, which expired in 2021, Homeland Security sources told The Post.

She was granted Temporary Protected Status in 2021, which allowed her apply for a work permit.

Parra-Ovalles was arrested Friday on charges of leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of a crash without serious bodily injury, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.

She was later released on bond.

Ervin Jeovany Alfaro-Lopez, 33, a migrant from El Salvador who is charged with molesting children as young as 6 was deported twice — then arrested and released back into the community last year despite being in the country illegally, according to authorities.

He was arrested by Montgomery County Police Aug. 9, 2023 and charged with second-degree rape and two counts of a sex offense in the third degree, ICE told The Post.

But he was back on the streets just two days later after the Montgomery County Detention Center refused to honor an immigration detainer issued by ICE,

Illegal Alien Accused of Killing New Orleans Journalist in Crash that ‘Never Should Have Happened’​

An illegal alien is accused of killing 48-year-old Mark Deane of Gretna, Louisiana, a longtime local journalist and producer, in a crash on the Crescent City Connection bridge on August 23.

Jorge Alberto Martinez-Sanchez, a 29-year-old illegal alien who was previously denied a visa to enter the United States, has been arrested and charged with negligent homicide, reckless operation, and driving without a license in connection with Deane’s death.

According to Louisiana State Police, Deane was driving his motorcycle across the Crescent City Connection bridge on the morning of August 23 when Martinez-Sanchez ran into the back of him.

Martinez-Sanchez had been driving without a license and was speeding at the time. Deane, who was wearing a proper helmet, went airborne, and he died at the scene of the crash.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) confirmed to WDSU that Martinez-Sanchez is an illegal alien living in the U.S. Martinez-Sanchez was reportedly denied a visitor visa to the U.S. in 2019.

Mexican Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza has been kicked out of the US or left voluntarily 16 times since 2002

Her husband, 64-year-old Scott Miller, was killed in June when a semi driven by 47-year-old Ignacio Cruz-Mendoza veered out of control and dumped a load of steel and iron rods across Highway 285.

The metal landed on top of Miller’s pick-up truck, crushing and killing him on the scene. Four other vehicles were also crushed, and one driver was left with serious injuries.

But Cruz-Mendoza, a Mexican living in the US illegally, was only charged by the Jefferson County District Attorney with minor traffic misdemeanors — careless driving resulting in a death, and careless driving resulting in injury.
