The judge won't care if she's cheating. He will have to do a whole lot more than that to get custody.

This **** is royally ****ed up. Another glorious argument over nothing. Getting better by the day. Few days of fun/normal family life. Now back to this again.

No no no. It's all good. My brothers wife up and left him 5 weeks ago with 4 kids. She's in Texas with her new boyfriend. His kids are
7,5,4and 2

He's put all this in his faith in god right now. He's definitely stronger man than me. And on top of that he's partially disabled.

His emotions are going up and down much like pimps. I hate it for all you guys.

You are all in my prayers.

I'm happy to be away from my ex, but the whole process is awful, especially for a man.

Yep. I caught mine at her boyfriends house one night. Left our 2 year old and I at home and said she was staying with a girl friend of hers. I gave it about an hour then I drove to the guys house and there sat her car. Talk about a bad feeling.

Oh yeah. She had already cheated with this guy once, but I gave her another chance. Now she has our son living with this guy and were not even divorced yet. The worst part of it is there's nothing I can do about it.

Get one of those micro-cassette recorders with voice activation and place it in her car for a few days. That might give you tremendous insight as to what is going on.
