Marvel Cinematic Universe

But a young man in a different time, in a world where time travel exists. Of all the characters the MCU could bring back, Steve Rogers is one that it wouldn't be too difficult to make sense of how.
Well if you doing time travel then anyone is up for being brought back.

I’m not against it. As life long comic reader I’m well aware the dead don’t stay dead.

Additional message- promise not to be rant from Firestarter's burner aka Captain Echo Chamber opining last time popcorn was consumed, subsequently dumped, and movie enjoyed - with breakdown of aforementioned shitter, his weekend activities, and Chris Evan's beard status. 😐

I would buy stock in a Nomad series. That would be badass.

So what is your biggest "Oh come on!" back from the dead story? (not counting Superman)
Probably Norman Osborn(Green Goblin) in Spider-Man. His death was such a significant moment in Spidey lore and he had been dead for over 20 years.

I’ve never liked how they brought Jean Grey back after she died as Phoenix. Then she has died like 3 more times since.

I’m confused. I’ve watched every MCU film in release order with the last one being The Marvels. Now I see that Deadpool & Wolverine from 2024 is on the list. I thought those weren’t part of universe and haven’t seen any of those franchises. Someone please explain why it’s suddenly part of MCU?

Multiverse.

DP&W is like a send off for all the non-MCU Fox properties in the context of the Multiverse and using the TVA from Loki as the connection.

I don’t know that you HAVE to have seen all of them but to get all the references you probably need to know what’s been made and the actors that were in them.

Otherwise it’s more or less a just the two characters traversing limbo.

apparently mutants resided on a different Earth than Earth we're familiar with.

I tried watching DP&W but I can’t stand the Ryan Reynolds character. I don’t mind him in other stuff and have seen all the MCU movies. But that was a no go for me.

read they want a DP&W trilogy. Disney should fire whomever came up with that idea. Include them in the MCU, fine. Welcome them, but this movie should stand alone.
It's made over a billion dollars worldwide. That's #20 ever and #1, by a large margin, the largest grossing R rated movie.

Good idea or not I don't think there's any way to stop the $$ in the studios eyes from that.
