A group of GOP lawmakers made sure the cameras caught them praying on the House floor.New House Speaker Mike "American Taliban" Johnson has announced his solution to mass shootings in America: "I pray this evil will end."
That should do it, Crazy Mike! It's sad nobody thought of this great idea sooner!
Classic conservative/GOP do-nothing nonsense.....
How naive and dense can you be. Focus on the person? How to you propose that we "focus" on the massive number of maladjusted, depressed, angry, alienated, mentally disturbed people in this country? What is your proposal? You have no answer because there is no answer or solution. There are huge numbers of mentally unbalanced people in America (many on this board), and the vast majority aren't even diagnosed as having a problem much less getting treatment of some kind. Most health-insurance police provide very limited coverage of mental health counseling or more. The Las Vegas shooter had no known mental problems--but clearly had them. Therefore, it MIGHT be a good idea to eliminate all the high-powered guns/rifles in America that these people use to kill innocent people. Most sensible people think that a very good idea--except the rubes who have so little going on in their lives that playing with guns and pretending to be the neighborhood/family sheriff is important to them.
At least he is comfortable speaking about his mental illness.Lol, I refuse to respond to mentally challenged people.
I really don’t like Pelosi at all, but Dems do at least have policy platforms that def would reduce shootings or at least casualties from them. Of course you will say they won’t, but all NRA shills say that.LOL That was long before her husband was hammered.

Including the ones that send out "thought and prayers" and absolutely nothing else.
You know what they are dude. I’m not walking into your bubble for this dance. Other than sending thought and prayers what are Republicans’ solutions to mass shootings?
Kneeling with kente cloth wasn’t about shootings, it was about George Floyd and 100% comically performative. Not sure why that makes praying on camera any less performative thoughI really don’t like Pelosi at all, but Dems do at least have policy platforms that def would reduce shootings or at least casualties from them. Horse crap, many of the people who staunchly oppose gun control don't even own guns. They do however understand why we were afforded that right......How naive and dense can you be. They had an assault weapons ban for like ten years during which deaths and number of incidents were down and they’d prob institute it again if they could get past GOP obstruction. That’s just one example. You want me to list individual things so you can read to me from your shill handbook about why it won’t work. I’m good on that, I’m on a nonfiction kick right now.You can't list any policies the Dems have proposed that would stop or reduce mass shootings. But to answer your question. Just like the Dems have no solutions, neither do the Republicans.
This is nothing more than a political football used by elite men and women to keep us arguing amongst each other instead of throwing them out of office and ending their personal ATM and money generating schemes for friends and family.Dude you’ve split the irony atom saying something like that and citing intellectual honesty. On this subject at least.
