Masters Week!

If he plays well tomorrow he's got a shot..
After watching today no way I thought he would be in thw final pairing

One of the early guys catches a break on the weather and the late guys play in that gusty crap, early guy could post a number that might not be touched.

The lead now is at -3 and the forecast for tomorrow is for a high of 52 with north winds at 15-20 mph. If a cold wind blows, anything under par thru round 3 is going to be great.

Excuse me while I dislocate my shoulder patting myself on the back. :)

There were so many balls put in the water at 15 today, it looked like me and my buddies were out there playing. Part of the charm of Augusta, making some of the best players in the world look like a weekend golfer.

It's hard to make the downslope they're hitting from there sound steep enough. That slope and that pin, make for some train wrecks.

Yea I know. TV does not do the course justice. For people that have never been there, I am sure they wonder how so many great players look so inept at times.

Sunday will be interesting with the course playing so difficult. But you can almost see it lined up as Tiger with a bunch of pups around him. Pups usually don't do so well in that situation. I think I will root for Appleby though. I always hate that Norman never won there.

I wonder if they might take the course down a notch for Sunday with some easy pins to ensure that there will be some birdies out there so somebody can make a run. 3 hours worth of watching 6 foot par putts makes for bad TV.

Resistance is futile . . .

It will be hard for anyone to break par today. Appleby will have to play fantastic to hold off Tiger and I don't see him doing it. Maybe Phil can go out and shoot a great round and pull off a miracle win.

Agreed even par will be a great round, 1 or 2 under will be fantastic..

I think Tiger will pull it out, and I hope Phil makes it interesting..

keep in mind with an even yesterday, Tiger had the best round. everybody else (literally i believe) was over par.

Conditions should be a little easier today though. I think there will be some subpar rounds today, but even will probably still win it.

Just saw a leaderboard. Phil Mickelson is wetting the bed right now. He's already +3 for the day.

Not only is Phil +3, that is through 2 holes! There will be no 6 inch vertical leap shown off on the 18th green this year.

Tiger bogeys the 1st hole . . . and is tied for the lead anyway. 4 way logjam at +4.
