Nolte: CNN+ Shuts Down Two Days Earlier Than Scheduled

cnnplusdone1-640x480.jpg

CNN+ will end its historic run today, Thursday, April 28, just four weeks after its disastrous premiere.

If that’s not humiliating enough, CNN+ is shutting down two days earlier than scheduled. Originally, we were told the shutdown date would be April 30.

Why would CNN+ be shut down two days early? It’s probably because no one is watching, and putting all the time and money into broadcasting is like throwing money into a black hole.

Tee hee.

After spending around a half-billion — with a “B” — dollars, CNN, a far-left propaganda outlet that spreads political violence and conspiracy theories, launched CNN+ on March 29.

The result? Well, because they couldn’t get enough of CNN’s smug assholes on regular old CNN, tens of people signed on for the CNN+ streaming channel. Apparently, there are a few people in America desperate to be deceived by Kate Bolduan, Wolf Blitzer, Jake Tapper, Brian Stelter, and Fareed Zakaria at such a level that the deception on CNN wasn’t enough.

NBC News issued a letter to its readers Monday admitting that a reporter plagiarized several stories over the past year.

The outlet told readers that 11 stories by the unnamed reporter contained passages from other news organizations without attribution and did “not represent original reporting.” The network’s editorial team placed an editor’s note on each of the plagiarized articles and removed the copy and pasted passages.

The plagiarism was seemingly done by political reporter Teaganne Finn, who the network did not outwardly identify in their statement to readers. The outlet discovered two plagiarized passages in her article titled, “Jan. 6 panel reaches deal with White House to defer some document requests” which detailed the Jan. 6 committee’s deal to defer Trump-era document requests in relation to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk took a scorched-earth approach to NBC on Monday after a left-wing Peacock host accused him of handing Twitter "to the far-right."

"NBC basically saying Republicans are Nazis …" Musk wrote in a Monday tweet, responding to a video clip posted by another user showing Mehdi Hasan railing against Musk, calling him a "not-so-bright billionaire," and complaining about his purchase of the social media giant.

"Same org that covered up Hunter Biden laptop story, had Harvey Weinstein story early & killed it & built Matt Lauer his rape office. Lovely people," Musk added in another tweet, listing some of the network's most notorious scandals in recent years.

Ex-Biden aide Symone Sanders’ MSNBC Debut is a Ratings Flop

Symone Sanders’ popularity is about as bad as the approval rating of her former boss.

The ex-Biden administration official who was most recently a top spokesperson for Vice President Kamala Harris tanked in her debut this past weekend on MSNBC, according to newly released Nielsen ratings.

Sanders drew just 361,000 total viewers for her 4 p.m. show, titled “Symone,” on Saturday. She also managed to attract just 29,000 viewers in the advertiser-coveted 25-54 demographic.

Chris Wallace Set To Host Sunday Show On CNN

CNN’s parent companies reportedly plan to announce Chris Wallace as the host of a Sunday evening show on the network Wednesday.

Warner Bros. Discovery will make the announcement to advertisers that Wallace, who lost his previous show when CNN+ collapsed, will lead a Sunday show on CNN, according to Axios. Wallace had been slated to host an interview show four nights a week on the failed streaming service after signing a multimillion-dollar contract with CNN in 2021, the outlet reported. Instead, Wallace will be relegated to one weekend night show on CNN, the outlet reported. Warner Bros Discovery CEO David Zaslav told an audience at the upfront event that, “at a time where most news networks are advocacy networks, we at CNN intend to advocate for journalism first,” according to Axios.
