It is funny though to see the Tiger High fans go in hiding during football season and then when hoops season starts up they come out of hiding and looking for acceptance from Big Brother. Hold on a second children. We'll give you some attention when you deserve it.

Go ahead. You sure seem to have an odd obsession of being on a UT board, acting like a Tiger High fan that attended Maryland. That makes complete sense. Pick a team then Francis.

I'm from Memphis but I joined the military after high school which lead to me being stationed in Fort Meade, Maryland. I had plans to attend the University of Memphis but i couldn't sale my house in Odenton, MD which lead to me attending the University of Maryland at College Park. I also had a nice cushy contractor job as a network engineer which was flexible being that i was a full time student.

what do you think about them quitting the series Cane ? I don't see that it would affect ya'lls recruiting any

The other thing Memphis is apparently worried about is UT getting recruits out of Memphis. Hell we rarely get any players out of Memphis anyway. It makes no sense. Supposedly they joined a Power conference (LOL!)

It's about picking up another quality opponent in a metro area that will allow us to improve recruiting. DC, St. Louis, New YOrk, Etc. It's not about "protecting Memphis area recruiting" from UT, as some seem to believe. If UT would agree to play us in Nashville it'd be all good.

yea,I don't see it about being recruiting, could be because UT dropped the football game,i didn't understand that one either,of course I'm not sure what Memphis football team is like these days,but they could schedule it as a home coming game

I enjoy opinions from other teams fans, but this same drum continues to get beaten. Martin vs.Pastner and Memphis vs. Tennessee and for whatever reason you select few feel the need to run and defend Pastner. I just don't get it, like I said you don't see Vol fans doing it on the Memphis boards, and there's plenty of Tennessee/Martin bashing going on in those threads.

If Tennessee fans wanna start a thread saying "suck it" Memphis, I don't see why you and your crew feel the need to run and defend Pastner/Memphis.

Congrats, it sounds like you are the only Vol fan to ever visit a Tiger board. You get on the Memphis guys for being on here when you admit going to their sites as well? It's the world wide web...

Did UT drop football? If so, that would have a lot to do with it.

gvtmule you will have to ask Memphis fans why Tiger High dropped the game? It doesn't make sense and there have been some truly great moments in the series for both teams so I don't know why. The Memphis fans should know.
