'20 MI OL Justin Rogers (Kroger Field, folks)

Certainly possible. They need to win at least 7 games as far as I’m concerned. And I don’t think it’s necessarily that farfetched that they don’t land a top 15 class even with that result. But I do believe they would most likely land a top 10-15 class with 7 wins. Which would be alright. But if this rebuild is gonna be don’t quick enough to where Pruitt doesn’t combust. I don’t see anyway he doesn’t need to start consistently landing top 5-10 classes. People aren’t giving this dude 5 years to get it rolling.

How do you know if we will give him five years or not? The LOM’s may not but those who count the most know we not only need to do so but HAVE to do so outside of complete incompetence or breech of contract.

I can promise you if Jeremy Pruitt doesn’t get traction after year 3, his seat will be scorching hot. If Tennessee fires him after December 15, 2022 they won’t owe him a dime to my knowledge.

So we’re jumping to after 3 years, even though we haven’t gone through the second year yet. You are right, Pruitt’s seat will be “scorching hot” by some in the fan base, still not sure if you mean by the Vol fan base or the one you affiliate with.

Dave Hart and John Currie aren’t AD anymore. Fulmer isn’t giving Pruitt 5 years to see if he’s worth a lick. If they aren’t recruiting top classes and winning 8-9 games by year three, he’s getting run. I’m almost certain of that.

What did I miss anyway? Conversation in both forums about when we should consider this regime a failure.
And even some of when we should fire the HC. I can't find a single news event as to why and we aren't even close to fall practice. Much less real football and signing day isn't even on the map, yet.

This freaking fanbase is borderline certifiable at times.

He’s not gone after 3 years, if there is improvement in the program, that can discernible to CPF and powers that be, he knows what improvement looks like. His job also depends on this, but you were talking about after 3 years.

Scary isn't it?

No one is saying he should be fired. Just solely speculating circumstances in which in it may occur down the line based on the way things have gone. It all sparked from the lack of momentum in recruiting.

So it’s sounds like you’re agreeing with me?

Haven’t you heard. Recruiting service wrote article that says KY leads for Rogers. Therefore, our coaches can’t recruit. They haven’t earned their money. Season is already lost. Pruitt should be fired by end of week. Coaching search to begin immediately. He’s had plenty of time to bring in nothing but 5* recruits and win a natty.

I’ll admit that I’d wish we had a few more recruits right now. So what Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and LSU are loading up again - it’s still early! And ya know what... these coaches know what they’re doing. They are looking for 5 star hearts guys. So let’s give the coaches a chance to build this class BRICK BY BRICK!

Oh, you mean the old
We've known the entire time that we would have to show something on the field this fall but it's just May. So we might as well label recruiting in trouble and discuss Pruitt's firing after he fails next year also
conversation.
Yeah, because that's logical.

Planning for failure makes goals easier to achieve...

I have a hard time believing Pruitt and Fulmer who are two of the best two ever recruiters are unorganized recruiters
Agree with ya, that's why I qualified the statement by saying 'if'.

The timing of the statement about him not having a good visit is fishy.

Many of us are on edge wanting something positive to happen in recruiting that we're overreacting to any news good or bad. I am guilty of this.
