I don't take what Hubbs said as bad. I think what he said is good for UT's chances. If Butch had no interest in Dyer and wasn't trying to get him Hubbs would have likely said something like, "I don't believe UT has any interest." Just like he did with the Texas transfer QB. Many times you have to read between the lines with Hubbs. I could be wrong and just being blinded because I desperately want Dyer on the team. We'll find out where he ends up very soon. I really really really hope it's UT. IMO

I am blinded the same way, BUT agree Dyer would be a game changer for this team if he buckles down and does the work needed and stays straight :rock:

I've read a few analysts that have said this. They have Bridgewater and they return a lot of guys. If some things go their way and they go undefeated, they might find themselves in it. Long shot, IMO. But still better than we have.

They might get to the NC game, but they will get slaughtered. The talent level is not comparable to an SEC team. It's a playmaker like Bridgewater plus an easy schedule and a decent defense. I'm hoping they don't. Is this year when the playoffs start or next year?
