I think it would be a cool gesture if Sankey would come out and ask that all the SEC teams wear a helmet sticker honoring Coach Leach for their respective bowl game.
Something like a pirate, cowbell, or just a simple ML.

Also, not sure if something like this has ever happened at a major school during the season.
I know that coaches get fired and such, but never heard of a guy passing away in the midst of a season.
Closest thing I can come up with was when Terry Hoepner passed at IU a few years ago, and even in that instance there was a 'succession plan' in place.

The phrase “one of a kind” gets thrown around a lot but Leach truly was one of a kind. Didn’t know him well as a person but what a treat he was to watch coach and listen to at the podium. You never knew what you were going to get.
